Interesting topic, Karoline. I like especially the title of your blog. Good question, though I could not answer it for myself. I regularly fly with low cost carriers and so far I often have been lucky. Only once I had problems with a 7h delayed flight. The problem is that when there is a problem it is a big problem leading in most cases to enormous extra costs that you don't have if you fly with a - how you call it - 'proper' airline. After that experience I said to myself that I will never fly with that airline (I think it was easyjet) again, but of course I did. At the end the price was just too tempting...;-). To hear the view of the employees would also be interesting, but I'm not sure if that might be against some kind of codex?! So, keep going. I think you are on a good track.
